The North Port Police Department arresting 43-yr-old Carey Heck on 27 counts of child pornography (aggravated). After receiving a cyber-tip, our dedicated detectives, who focus on these types of cases, spent months going through Heck’s digital files. What was found, can only be described as pure evil.
