I have always taken down my arrest postings or mug shots upon request, without asking for money. Although I do not post mug shots with my arrest reports. There is a website in Sarasota County which request money to take down the information, which apparently is illegal based upon this report. They tend to post a ton of mug shots and information, so I suspect this new law will kill their business model.
