SARASOTA, FL – Family man and small business owner Joe Neunder is running to succeed term-limited County Commissioner Alan Maio.  Neunder, a conservative Republican, announced his candidacy for the District 4 seat on Monday.

“My family moved to Sarasota when I was a teenager,” Neunder said.  “As soon as I finished my education, I moved back to Sarasota to build my business and raise my family here.  I’m running for County Commission to ensure that my three sons grow up in a safe community, receive an excellent education, and have the opportunity to chase their own version of the American Dream here in Sarasota County.”
