NPPD

 

Around 9am Tuesday morning NPPD was called to the 2200 block of Yancy St. in the City of North Port for a possible suicide attempt. Upon arrival a female was located with life threatening wounds. The woman was transported to a nearby hospital where she later died.

 

Detectives have accounted for everyone in the residence and interviewed all relevant parties as we conduct a death investigation. More details will be available Wednesday. There is no threat to the nearby Community.
