North Port city employee arrested on charges of sexually molesting a child under 12

Some additional info from FOX4: The child was 3-years-old family member and the City of North Port has fired Robert. Robert was found in North Port, stated he had a gun and made suicidal threats.

Anonymous reached out to me, stating that Robert Davies was arrested for sexual battery on a child under 12. Anonymous stated that he works for the City of North Port. I did search and Robert does have that he works there on his Linkedin at https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-davies-b0391741/. Also, I found this photo of him city FB page https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=2141242896110393&set=pcb.2141243582776991. I did search elsewhere and found the same info. That $72k a year salary with the city may go away with this arrest. Robert was arrested in Desoto County.
