BPD: Do you recognize this not-so-creative criminal or his buddies caught on camera decorating the Riverwalk skate park? Security cameras recorded the duo around 7 p.m. on February 5. The graffiti artists also appeared to document their work through photos or video. They, and others associated with them, may be responsible for other “art projects” on the Riverwalk.
