Venice Police arrest an Englewood man for indecent exposure

***Indecent Exposure Arrest** On Monday we arrested 60-year-old Paul M Cowan of Englewood for indecent exposure and battery on nursing staff at SMH Venice. Cowan inappropriately touched a female nurse, exposed his genitals and masturbated in view of nursing staff. When interviewed by Officers he claimed he couldn’t help himself. He was arrested and delivered to the Sarasota County Jail.
