SCSO arrest a man for lewd and lascivious on a elderly disabled individual.

The PCA is not out yet.  I just have what anonymous wrote me.   I can confirm that he was arrested on the charges and he list his home state in Texas. The charges are below.

I’d prefer to remain anonymous, this POS needs to be locked away and throw out the key, he (I am inserting allegedly, although he is charged with sexual assault/battery) raped a elderly family member in Nov 24 and was finally caught by US Marshalls in Maryland.  He was a fugitive from justice and the district judge in Maryland let him out ROR, he returned to Sarasota and was picked up by SCSO Deputies.  He has a pretrial appearance June 6, we need the judge to not allow him bond as the victim is extremely terrified, rightfully so, from the attack.
