SCSO Makes Third Arrest in Twin Lakes Park Shooting

SCSO arrested another suspect on charges related to shootings that occurred at Twin Lakes Park on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

Jonathan Vivar, DOB: 02/16/2007, of Bradenton, was arrested today, May 6. Vivar is charged with Homicide: Murder Dangerous Depraved without Premeditation in the death of Eric Santana-Santana. He is in custody at the Sarasota County Correctional Facility.

During the initial incident in November at a party held after-hours at Twin Lakes Park, shots were fired resulting in the death of the 17-year-old male from gunshot-related injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
