CITY OF NORTH PORT, FL – North Port Fire Rescue is proud to announce that it has been awarded Gold Tier status in the Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Recognition Program (PRRP), making it the first fire department in the State of Florida to receive this designation.

This recognition highlights NPFR’s dedication to providing the highest level of emergency medical care for pediatric patients, ensuring that children in the community receive specialized, high-quality prehospital treatment.
