‘Island Boy’ arrested on drug and altered gun charges in Collier County

This character cracks me up with his fashionable hair and face tats……
He was arrested in Collier County on Sunday during a traffic stop, after he decided not to stop at a posted sign. According to the sheriff’s office, they found a bag of Oxy, which Frank claim were his pills. Unfortunately, he could not provide a prescription for the baggy of Oxy’s. That is not all folks. The police found an altered gun in the vehicle, with the serial numbers removed.
