Help the police find Julio Torres, wanted for vehicular homicide

WANTED FOR VEHICULAR HOMICIDE BPD continues to look for Julio Torres, 28, who faces multiple charges, including vehicular homicide. The night of Saturday, January 18, Torres was driving his black Infiniti sedan at a high rate of speed in the 1300 block of 15th St W. He lost control of the car, hit a pole, and struck Clarence Brooks, 26. Brooks died at the scene. Torres got out of his vehicle and ran from the scene. On January 22, Julio’s father, Jose Torres, was charged with accessory after the fact after investigators obtained probable cause that Jose aided his son in avoiding arrest.
