Suncoast: Police arrest two subjects that committed grand theft robbery early Sunday morning

CCSO: At around 4:00am on Sunday, January 12, 2025, two subjects committed grand theft at the Daybreak Gas Station at the intersection of Cochran Blvd. and Veterans Blvd. in Port Charlotte. One juvenile male, identified as Brayden Maxemovich (06/08/2009) and an adult male, identified as Jason Thibeault (09/16/1972), distracted the clerk who was working and stole approximately $1,500 worth of vape products. Both suspects were caught and are being interviewed by CCSO detectives. Additional charges may follow.
