A Park Blvd. S./Granada Ave. Intersection and Park Blvd. S. Pathway Project informational meeting will be held Thursday, Dec. 12 in Community Hall at Venice City Hall, 401 W. Venice Ave. The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m. with a presentation at 4:45 p.m.
This project includes the realignment of the Park Blvd. S./Granada Ave. intersection with a rain garden feature and the construction of a pathway in the median of Park Blvd. S. from Venice Ave. to Valencia Rd. The rain garden will add water quality treatment to stormwater prior to discharge and will improve the safety of the Park Blvd. S./Granada Ave. intersection by reconfiguring it to a standard four-way intersection. The purpose of this meeting is to inform residents of these proposed improvements.
