With more rain in the forecast for North Port in the coming days, the City will open a self-serve sandbag distribution point beginning at 3 p.m. today.

 

📍 George Mullen Activity Center, 1602 Kramer Way, North Port

 

Bags and sand will be available while supplies last. Individuals are asked to bring their own shovels.

 

Based on the current forecast, we do not anticipate homes in North Port to be impacted. We may see temporary localized street flooding during and immediately following heavy rains.
