North Port fire battles a structure fire, rescuing several pets

North Port Fire: North Port District 2, NPFR Station 86, @Sarasota County Emergency Services units are on scene of a structure fire in the 100 block of Myakka Dr. Fire was extinguished by TRK86 and overhaul is underway. Station 86 & Sarasota County Emergency Services Station 26 units rescued several pets including 2 cats, a turtle, and a rabbit. Units remain busy on scene.
