The Sarasota Police Department is informing the public that Jessie Allen, 59, a sexual predator, has moved within the City of Sarasota.

Allen is a sexual predator who just moved to 2943 Dixie Ave., Sarasota. Allen was designated as a Sexual Predator in 1995 in Sarasota. He was charged with Sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12. Allen is 6’3”, approximately 225 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.
