VPD: We are looking for the public’s help in identifying the two individuals seen in this video. We’d like to speak with them regarding recent thefts in the area. He is white with a beard and tattoos on both forearms. She appears white with dark hair and multiple tattoos on her left arm, left side, and left leg/ankle.
