The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office south county location will again expand its services

The office at 4531 Annex Road, Venice, reopened in January of this year. It offers walk-in services to local citizens, including processing summons and subpoenas, writs of garnishment, possession, and replevin. Beginning June 4, this location will provide fingerprinting services on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., which include both Live Scan and traditional ink prints (ORI numbers are required for Live Scan printing). The cost for this service is $5 per person for Concealed Weapon Permit prints and $15 for all other types of prints. Please note that the sheriff’s office only accepts cash for fingerprinting services: no credit cards, checks, or money orders. Exact change is preferred.
