Suncoast: Help police find a person of interest in stealing donations for a baby in the NICU

There’s low, and there’s “stealing donations for a baby in the NICU” low. Please help us identify this person, who stole approximately $2,000 in cash that was being collected at the Port Charlotte Metro Diner to benefit a family that is already going through too much. The suspect left the scene on the pictured bicycle and rode through the nearby plaza where Total Wine is located. (Still shot in comments)
