UPDATE: Shooting Investigation – 1600 Block of Stickney Point Rd.
Detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred inside a residence at the 1600 block of Stickney Point Rd., in Sarasota, at approximately 8:57 p.m., Wednesday.
Deputies responded to the residence following a 911 call reporting a disturbance. Inside, deputies located Tesse Kofahl (44, of Sarasota) and Robert Joseph Harrison Jr. (57, of Sarasota), both deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.
This case is being investigated as an isolated incident, and there is no known threat to the public.
