Venice man arrested on two charges of lewd and lascivious age 12-16

John Griffin was arrested last year on three counts of lewd and lascivious with kids 12 to 16.  He now has two additional counts, after yesterday’s arrest.  The victim was at Sharkey’s and allegedly given water by John, back in September. Something must have been in the water because it knocked the victim and her friend out.  Her friend found the victim on the bathroom floor and out of it.  The victim stated to her friend that she was raped by the homeless man that gave them water.  John states that he did not touch her and is innocent.
