Police need help tracking down two suspects in a comical posting

These suspects do – and good news! They’ve won! Can you help us track them down so we can give them their prize?

Player 1, wearing the grey short-sleeved shirt to show off his wicked sweet tats on both arms, entered the Port Charlotte Target and removed the merchandise protection tags from a Turtle Beach gaming headset. He then exited the store, getting into the pictured orange Dodge Caliber.

Player 2, wearing the backwards ballcap to emphasize how cool he is, then enters the store, goes directly to the area, picks up the specific headset, and walks right out with it, making no attempt to pay. He then joins Player 1 in the Dodge Caliber, and the pair leave together like some kind of knockoff Mario and Luigi in the worst version of Mario Kart imaginable.
