North Port man caught with an underage teen and his pants down, but nothing was happening…….

I am going to summarize, but you can read the full Probable Cause Affidavit by clicking — >>> here.  According to the PCA, a teen was banned from a home, due to her obsession with the homeowners (Tonya)ex-husband.  The teen was later allowed back into the home and that is when Tonya found the teen bent over in the garage, with her ex-husband behind the teen, with his pants down.  Scott denied that his pants were down and basically stated that it was all innocent, and nothing happened.  The teen states that sexual activity was taking place in the garage.  The teen states that she first had sex with Scott last year and that they had sex multiple times, since their first encounter.  There is a lot more in the PCA.
