Owner of Virtual Health in Sarasota is charged with nine additional counts of operating medical clinic without a license

Jaqlyn has been charged with 9 additional charges of operating Virtue of Health without a viable license.  She was charged with four counts last June.  I posted about that arrest last year, which  you can view by clicking —>> here.

Jaqlyn referred to herself as Dr. Jackie, leading her patients to believe that she was indeed a licensed doctor.  Jaqlyn offered live blood analysis, ozone IV therapy and prescriptions that were essential for the therapy.  The prescriptions were written under Dr. Hodges name.  Dr. Hodges was the Medical Director but states he did not know that Jaqlyn was not licensed in the state.   Dr. Hodges also stated that he rarely reviewed her medical records and was aware of prescriptions being written in his name.

I posted about her original arrest back in June and a few people came on stating that Jaqlyn helped their issue and praised her.  However, if you review the Probable Cause Affidavit from June – PCA, there were four people that ran into issues with Jaqlyn diagnosing them based upon the live blood analysis.  You can read the June PCA by clicking —.>>> here.  The PCA for the new nine counts is not available yet, but I am assuming nine more individuals came forward with issues.
