MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT Douglas Rockey, 69, who has dementia, was last seen at approximately 4 a.m. in the 1700 block of Manatee Ave. W. Mr. Rockey is 5’9″ with blonde hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and white striped collared shirt, khaki pants, and an olive-colored jacket. If you have information on Mr. Rockey’s whereabouts please contact BPD at 941-932-9300.
