Woman gets just under 40 years, after killing 4 men on 75 in Venice, while under the influence

Chinceia Carter made the tragic decision to get behind the wheel of her car while under the influence. That decision led to the death of 4 men on I-75 in July of 2021. Chinceia was driving down 75 through Venice, after spending some time at the Hard Rock Casino. Four men were stopped on the side of the road, trying to repair a flat. Carter veered off the road, killing all four men. She plead no contest and was sentenced to just over 39 years.
