Is this kennel owner punching Grizzly the dog in the head acceptable or totally unacceptable?

Deputy is terminated after after The Scoop puts out video’s of his treatment of dogs at Pawsome Sitters


 

These video’s were sent to me with several pictures and some information on Pawsome Sitters on the Suncoast.  Since it is anonymous, I am avoiding putting out the information or posting pictures of the injuries, since I can not validate they are from the kennel.  However, my source seems solid and with a lot of information.  I am sharing the videos, since videos do not lie.  It is up to you to decide if the owners actions are overly aggressive or inline.
