According to the PCA, Mat was staying at an individuals home, while he tried to get a job. She was woken up early one morning, with her child stating that Matthew was in her bedroom. While in there, the child stated that Matthew allegedly placed his hand on her vagina and showed her his penis. At that time, the child’s mother confronted Matthew and asked him to leave the home.
