Urgent Appeal: Help Us Find the Culprits
Heartbreaking Discovery: On Friday, June 9, two precious 7-week-old puppies were found abandoned on the sidewalk near Walmart (30th Avenue East and 50th Street East, Bradenton). They were left in a sealed box, left to fend for themselves.
Disturbing Health Condition: These innocent pups tested positive for canine parvovirus and registered dangerously high temperatures of 106 degrees. Their lives were hanging by a thread, but thanks to a caring individual who brought them to us, we were able to rush them to an emergency partner for immediate medical attention.
A Crime Against Animals: Animal abandonment is an unforgivable act, and we at MCAW are determined to find the person(s) responsible. We implore you, our community, for your help. If you witnessed the heart-wrenching moment of abandonment or possess any information about the puppies or the individuals involved, please reach out to an MCAW officer immediately at 941-742-5933 ext. 1.
