Police need help finding Michael Alonzo Phillips, in regards to a homicide investigation

The Bradenton Police Department has identified the victim of the March 19, 2023 homicide on 17th St. Ct. E. as Dwight Sutton, 56. Detectives are attempting to locate Michael Alonzo Phillips (pictured) regarding this investigation. Phillips is not considered a suspect.
