Snook Haven

Drumroll please… after 65 days of being closed due to Hurricane Ian damages (not that we’ve been counting or anything …) we are BEYOND THRILLED to announce that Snook Haven will be REOPENING, pending county commission approval! We anticipate reopening between the end of December and mid-January.

We’ve worked hard with Sarasota County and are happy to come to an agreement that allows us to bring back the Ole’ Florida historic beauty to the restaurant. The restaurant won’t be exactly the same as before but you can still expect the iconic Snook staples that make the restaurant such a unique spot, such as delicious BBQ smoked in-house, craft beers, and live entertainment including the beloved Gulf Coast Banjo Society. All to be enjoyed while soaking in the majestic beauty under Spanish Oak trees along the banks of the Wild & Scenic Myakka River!

We are so grateful to be able to reopen our doors and have missed our Snook customers SO MUCH over the past couple of months. Thank you all for the outpour of love and support during this time – it means so much to us! We will be posting more as things progress over the next few weeks, so please stay tuned.
