Venice Higel Park closed on Monday for the removal of a sunken sailboat

COV: The Higel Marine Park and Boat Ramp at 1330 Tarpon Center Dr. in Venice will be closed from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, for the removal of a sunken sailboat from Hurricane Ian. The Venice Police Department, Public Works and Sea Tow are partnering to remove the 37-foot vessel from our waters.
