The residents of Bay Indies is suffering after Ian

This is Frankie S. Abbruzzino and I am in Bay Indies. You wouldn’t realize it driving by, but these people are going through a real struggle. Most of these mobile homes are not insured. This first one we will go through the roof is gone. The individuals abandon it and said we’re done and left.
I’m gonna talk to some people in a minute, they will tell you how some elderly people are still in the homes with no rush. Looking for any information, support, anything that can help. I guess I will be helping put a roof on after this video.
It is a tear jerker at the end, when all of Joe’s emotions come out.
