City of Venice and Sarasota County staff to install an additional volleyball court on Venice Beach

COV: Dave Lowell of Ram Marine worked with City of Venice and Sarasota County staff to install an additional volleyball court on Venice Beach July 27 for public play. Sarasota County purchased the supplies and Dave provided the labor for install in this partnership. Approval was received from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to install the posts during sea turtle nesting season under strict requirements to keep the sea turtles and their nests safe.
