Within this document, page 13 discusses golf carts. Don’t you think it’s a great idea for city residents to be able to go off island, through south Venice to get to specific stores such as Lowes in order to decrease their carbon footprint, especially when gas prices are as they are?
I don’t know why this was not implemented but I’d like to get the speed limit changed from 45 mph over the circus bridge to 35 mph. It would be very easy for golf carts to come up through airport rd. Onto 41 bus. Over the bridge and then take the first right into south Venice. I am only requesting the speed limit be changed on the bridge.
May we put this on the docket to discuss? It would help seniors with gas prices for sure as well as decrease car traffic.
