Todd Morgan was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt & shorts, and black sliders.
He was last seen in the area of Hallcrest Terr around 10:45 this morning.
Morgan is known to walk far distances. Please keep an eye out for him and contact CCSO immediately if you spot him.
