Family seeks justice for Candy, finally getting a day in court against the individual that shot the dog two times

Justice For Candy has spent five years trying to get justice after Candy was shot twice, after the individual stated Candy was in the attack position and he feared for his life. No criminal charges were every applied and now Candy’s parents have their day in court via a civil trial that started yesterday.
