Incident Description
Air Release Valve (ARV) in a vault was leaking from the discharge of the ARV. Estimated 500 gallons discharged on the ground. With clean up and washdown, estimated recovery is 800 gallons. Used Vacuum truck to clean out vault and ground around the area. Used lime in and around the vault.
