Are Sarasota County employees are feeling under valued with the latest non-bargaining pay range?

Anonymous must really fear losing his/her job.  They mailed this to me versus emailing it and typed out the posting to avoid handwriting it.  With the comment, the individual sent the communication from the county notifying the employees about the 1% increase.  Thoughts?

I am a current Sarasota County employee; this is the response to the current inflation and unaffordable housing conditions in this county.

 

Citizens, need to see this, people are fearful of their jobs and afraid to speak out.  Such an exorbitantly high county to live in and this is how such a wealthy county values their employees with a 1% increase.  Most money is spent on higher level positions or they continue to create new higher-level positions.

 

“No County Employees Feel Valued”.  Please spread the word
