City of Venice closes the south Jetty walkway and Children’s Fountain due to high winds

Due to high winds, the City of Venice Public Works and Police Departments closed the South Jetty asphalt walkway this morning, Saturday, March 12. The South Jetty at Humphris Park, 2000 Tarpon Center Dr., will remain open for parking and access to Jetty Jacks concessions for now. This could change if weather conditions worsen. 

 

The Interactive Children’s Fountain in Centennial Park has been shut down and will remain off today.
