Video: School Board Chair STORMS OUT After Parent Displays Photos of Her Partying Maskless

Dramatic footage captured inside a Virginia school board meeting shows the moment a frustrated board member fled after a parent presented photos of her hypocritically ignoring her own mask mandate.

 

The incident happened last Tuesday at a Montgomery County school board meeting, where a parent called to question photos showing Board Chairwoman Susan Kass partying maskless, while school children are still required to wear masks.

 

 

The parent started by pointing out the board was all about following the governor’s orders when Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam was in charge, but now ignore orders from newly-installed Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin.

 

“Mrs. Kass, you yelled at me the last time I was here for taking off my mask, but…here’s a picture of you right here on Facebook with a crowd of people with no mask on,” the parent told the board.

 

“That’s it!” Kass yelled, pounding her fist on the desk.

 

The mother argued, “This is my time. Here’s another picture of you with no mask on.”

 

The incensed board president shot back, “If you are going to sit there and disparage a member of our school board, you can sit down,” and called for police to escort the speaker out.

“She should be able to say her piece, I’ve had to listen to people come and criticize me,” fellow board member Jamie Bond spoke up, preventing the officer from hauling off the parent.

 

“That doesn’t make it right, Jamie, that’s my family,” Kass told Bond.

 

“What do you think about our family? Our family is being suffocated to death with your policies,” the speaker exclaimed.

 

 

“I’m done,” replied Kass. “She leaves or I leave.”

 

The board president can next be seen walking past the speaker.

 

“We’re coming for your seat,” the parent told Kass as she walked out.

 

“You can have my seat,” she replied.

The board chair claimed in a comment to WDBJ that the photos showed her unmasked because she was with her family who have all been vaccinated inside her home.

 

Despite claiming they could have her seat, Kass is still reportedly deciding whether to stay on the board.
