#MISSING: Carol A. Silvis, DOB 12/05/39, has dementia and was reported missing from the Desoto Road area around 12:30 pm. She may be traveling on foot. She was LSW brown pants, a blue jacket/sweater + white sneakers. She is 4’11” tall & weighs 115 lbs., w/white hair + hazel eyes.
