Mass Accountability: This was on Monday December 20th 2021 at approximately 2:49, at the Sarasota county judicial and criminal justice center, in Sarasota Florida. I was with Open Government Investigations and as we entered the building we were told we could not record because it was a government building. We challenged the deputy on his unlawful orders. We left to go grab something to eat and then came back to get a public records for their most recent pay stubs. We also took the opportunity to educate them on prior restraint along with our 1st amendment right to record.
