The corporate media is going after Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch for reportedly not wearing a mask during oral arguments.

All of the mainstream media targeted and smeared Gorsuch after an NPR report claimed that Democrat Justice Sonia Sotomayor was concerned that Gorsuch wouldn’t wear a mask at the bench during oral arguments.

“…According to court sources, Sotomayor did not feel safe in close proximity to people who were unmasked. Chief Justice John Roberts, understanding that, in some form asked the other justices to mask up,” NPR reported Tuesday.

“They all did. Except Gorsuch, who, as it happens, sits next to Sotomayor on the bench. His continued refusal since then has also meant that Sotomayor has not attended the justices’ weekly conference in person, joining instead by telephone.”

The report goes on to describe how nobody apparently likes “prickly” Gorsuch.

CNBC, Talking Points Memo, Business Insider, and others all piled on, painting Gorsuch as a bad person for refusing to wear a mask that experts admit do next to nothing to prevent COVID spread.

Sotomayor exposed her COVID hysteria and ignorance last week when she falsely claimed that 100,000 children were hospitalized with COVID.

“We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators. We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, and many on ventilators,” Sotomayor claimed.

Sotomayor’s remarks were so nonsensical and detached from reality that even CDC Director Rochelle Walensky quickly rebuked her remarks, who revealed that less than 3,500 children were hospitalized with COVID.

This comes just days after the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 Joe Biden’s workplace vaccine mandate was unconstitutional.
