Police seek any information on the individual that damaged a Lakewood Ranch plaque

SEEKING TIPS: Detectives are seeking information regarding damage to a bronze plaque at the Lakewood Ranch Little League fields. The plaque is dedicated to Lakewood Ranch High School student and Little League player Matthew Ryan Powers. Matthew tragically died in a car crash in 2018. The post below shows images of the damage to the plaque.
