NPPD: A Silver Alert has been issued for 63 year old Anthony J. Carlo. Anthony may be confused on where he is. According to family, the infirmities in regard to his mental health have been getting increasingly worse and he did not take any of his medication or phone with him Sunday. Anthony moved to North Port within the last few weeks. Anthony may be driving a Subaru Legacy with Massachusetts tag 3976YK. If you have or do see Mr. Carlo, please call 911 immediately.
