Anti-DeSantis Hit Piece Is The Most Cringe Video You’ll See Today

Florida’s anti-Ron DeSantis PAC “Remove Ron” released a new video Wednesday attempting to attack the popular Republican governor.

 

The commercial is themed like a horror film trailer and is titled Florever Purge in a Florida twist of the movie The Purge.

 

When an airplane full of masked passengers enters Florida airspace, a flight attendant directs them to watch a video on Covid-19 by Governor Ron DeSantis.

 

Speaking to the passengers, DeSantis says Florida does not do vaccine passports and won’t be bludgeoning people with restrictions, mandates or lockdowns.

 

With haunting music in the background, a narrator confirms, “As Governor DeSantis stated, while you’re in state lines you do not have to wear a mask. You do not have to get a vaccine. It is against the law for private businesses or schools to mandate masks or vaccines.”

 

“And you have the absolute right to infect anyone you want whenever and wherever with Covid-19,” the narrator sarcastically states.

 

Many people online noted the advertisement backfired by making DeSantis’ freedom of choice stances appealing instead of terrifying.
