CBS Admits COVID Rise In Counties With High Vaccination Rates

A statewide study out of California shows five counties with vaccination rates above the state average are also dealing with higher average daily case rates.

 

According to CBS Sacramento, “A new analysis finds several counties with above-average vaccination rates also have higher COVID case rates, while case rates are falling in counties with below-average vaccination rates.”

 

The data, published on Saturday, shows Los Angeles, San Diego, Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties have rising COVID case rates as well as high vaccination rates.

 

In contrast, Modoc, Glenn, Lassen, Del Norte and San Benito counties have below-average vaccination rates and are seeing a drop in COVID cases.

 

In a local news report about the “interesting data,” CBS Sacramento ensured viewers these alarming statistics don’t mean the vaccines aren’t working.

 

 

A doctor interviewed by the CBS affiliate blamed dense populations for the rising cases in highly vaccinated counties.

 

“If there are a lot of people around you’re more likely to bump into one who has COVID,” Dr. Phillip Norris said.

 

In a similar story, a 132-person COVID outbreak in Massachusetts was comprised of a “vast majority” of vaccinated people.

In the UK last month, The Guardian published an article asking why most people dying from the Delta variant are vaccinated individuals.

 

Another example showing vaccinations could be actually assisting the spread of COVID-19 is that 68 percent of India’s population have antibodies despite only 6 to 13 percent of people being fully vaccinated.

 

Despite this information, mainstream media and politicians continue to spread the narrative that the Delta variant is a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.”
