Suncoast: Two suspects steal over $1,200 worth of candles

Forget Teen Spirit, this smells fishy!
The two individuals in this video are seen placing 3-wick candles into several black bags directly in front of store employees. The duo then casually walks out of the store. They are suspected of stealing over $1,200 in candles. Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division are now attempting to identify the two involved.
